Fast food can be so tempting. When you’re on the go, or maybe your feeling low, or maybe you’re traveling and just need comfort. It’s reliable!
You know its taste, texture and smell. On certain days and certain times, it’s like an old friend. So how does a person that treasures true flavor and the integrity of natural ingredients stop her own kids from developing this unique and not so healthy relationship? Well, it’s not by saying “no”. We all know what we do when we are told “no”, we just want it more.
Now, the taste, texture and smell represent rebellion and independence. So what to do? Allow it, indulge it, then gently, about a half hour after the meal is over, ask them how the feel from that food?
Does this speak to anyone of you? Share your relationship with fast food, we’ve all had one.
